Sometimes it's important to take some time to do some self help healing I'm doing my JSJ fingers holds starting with my thumb 3 minutes each digit out to my little finger - lastly my fingers into my palm - swap over to do the other hand! Try it yourself it's hugely relaxing and healing at the same time! #sensibholisticswithdonna#selfhelpjsj#jinshinjyutsu#lookingaftermyselffirst#restrestorerelax#eftselfhelp#liberatingtouch#mentalhealthsensibholistics#lupusuk#chronicfatiguesucks#achybodycure

Day 5: I didn’t have the energy to post yesterday. The day was long, I was still exhausted. I managed to wash my bedding plus a load of laundry which nearly killed me... why is changing bedding such a chore? I then managed to stick to plans I had had for a couple of weeks which was a amazing for me. I usually cancel plans but I really felt like I deserved the friend time. I went for a lovely meal with two friends and indulged myself which was lovely. I’m excluding yesterday’s food as I deserved the treat but back on it today. I also did almost 6.5K steps yesterday which is awesome! #chronicillness#cfs#chronicfatigue#chronicfatiguesyndrome#chronicfatiguesucks#ME#myalgicencephalomyelitis#myalgicencephalomyelitisawareness#SW

Is antioxidant supplementation safe? - Each year the supplement industry sells millions upon millions of dollars of antioxidant supplements to those looking to heal from chronic health challenges and prevent heart disease, cancer, and more! - But, is it best practice to be taking antioxidant supplements on an ongoing basis? - The short answer is NO! - Short-term antioxidant supplementation remains helpful and often necessary in cases of acute infection, intense stress, and acute tissue damage. - Taking supplemental antioxidants on a consistent basis, however, can be hazardous to our health by downregulating something known as ARE: Antioxidant Response Element. - A downregulation in ARE inhibits our own endogenous production of important antioxidants such as glutathione and NRF2. - Glutathione is considered the body’s master antioxidant and is critical for optimal detoxification and NRF2 activates genes involved in detoxification and antioxidant defense. - The bottom line is that we are natural beings governed by the laws of the natural Universe! - We are meant to get our antioxidants from plants! - Our bodies indeed know the difference between a lab-created antioxidant and one coming from nature -- and it responds accordingly! - Regular consumption of antioxidant supplements runs a high risk of our bodies becoming depending upon them as a source of external defense. - The more we’re reliant upon external defense supports (outside of REAL food), the less resilient we become to oxidative and inflammatory insults. - This is one example of how we become FRAGILE!!!! - The goal of reversing poor health states and recovering one’s energy levels is to build up, not replace, the body’s natural defense and healing mechanisms. - Relying on long-term external supplementation is UNWISE. - Supplementation, for the most part, is best reserved for short-term use ONLY! Therefore optimizing nutrition is CRITICAL! - Stick to REAL FOOD, MOSTLY PLANTS! :)

I feel like a failure and I want to apologize to @swapconsignment.They were so kind to offer up a position in their Ambassadors program, offered me a personal promo code, and I beat myself down so hard. It's recommended to take photos of our exciting finds, outfit pairings. I see other influencers with magazine quality photos and a sense of style seemingly created by an industry expert...and then there is me. A mom who wears plain sweaters and jeans, with health issues that are sucking the life from me. I tried challenging myself to create content. My husband took me all over the farm to explore new possible locations for photos. We brainstormed ideas and captions. But I kept comparing my photos to others and told myself that they were not good enough. And then life got in the way and here I am several months later without an update of any of my hauls. I feel terrible that they wasted money on me in hopes of recuperating their loss. I'm struggling to make myself presentable on the two days that I leave the house to take my son to preschool. I used to sit and play with makeup for hours, for no reason, but now everything is hard. My mind feels fuzzy around the edges. My body hurts. I'm seeing specialist after specialist to delve into what's wrong (right now, it's suspected to be Ehlers Danlos Syndrome). I'm failing to keep up with simply making dinner or laundry, let alone creating a photo that is good enough to be used in a company's marketing campaign. However, I don't want any person to think that my previous Swap posts were bogus. I can't stress enough how much I love Swap Consignment. I used to enjoy thrifting. I'd drive all over to see what treasures were hidden within. Now, all I can do is whimper in pain to myself at my computer, browsing Swap's website. It's been a blessing. Their no-hassle return policy is fantastic for me because I don't have to worry about driving to the nearest location or wonder where I'm at in the return process. It's straightforward, fast, and painless. Nearly every single article of clothing I've been wearing for the last year is from Swap. Try them. Trust me. #SwapConsignment#SwapAmbassador#SwapHowYouShop

THAT'S A BAD SCORE..... . . I remember when i NEVER did yet i was dieing from exhaustion. . . It was tough...fighting sleep while making my way home and then crashing on my couch because it was closer than my bed. 😳 . . Then i put aside my stubbornness and listened recommendations and got tested. Well the results confirmed it..."Mr. Paul you are a severe case of Sleep Apnea" . . What The Hell Does That Mean !?!?!?!? . . It meant that i had to stop being stubborn and take my sleep seriously or some very serious illnesses can happen. So then comes the CPAP machine and an entirely different way of sleeping. . . Now i track my sleep via my CPAP and my App. 👍🏽 . . Last night was a bad one...a score of 47 isn't a good one and let me tell ya... . . I'M FEELING IT TODAY 😞 . . But I'll get through today and try and have a better night. . . I've learned alot along the way and i continue to learn. . . Friends if you suspect you might be suffering from a sleep disorder please do look into it. . . Be proactive and talk to your doctor and examine your options. . Day 15: Rest. I’ve been off work for a while with fibromyalgia. It isn’t the pain so much as the exhaustion that comes with it - the medication makes me sleepy, I can’t get to sleep at night because my shoulder decides to kick up, or I simply can’t stay awake throughout the day without a nap. I feel like a failure quite a bit of the time because small things like putting on a wash, or doing the school run, exhaust me to the point of needing a two hour nap afterwards. I’ve had to work on my mindset around this to realize that rest is what my body is looking for and that these naps aren’t me being lazy, but it’s a hard struggle some days when I watch everyone else getting on with their lives and being completely fine and able. Today was an hour long nap which I gotta say, was absolutely wonderful. Rest helps my body and mind, but getting my mind around how much I need is taking some work. Have any other spoonies struggled with how much they need to rest/ how limited they feel at times? #magicofoctober#naptime#naptimeisthebesttime#restisimportant#healingthroughrest#fibromyalgia#fibrowarrior#fibrowarriorquestion#spoonie#spoonielife#spoonies#spooniesupport#itsokaytorest#fibromyalgiasucks#fibromyalgiaawareness#chronicfatigue#chronicfatiguesucks#ipbig#irishspoonies#tiredallthetime#ineedcoffeeinaniv

➡️ Why I don't do more interesting projects? ➡️ Why I don't post more videos about the cooperative equine veterinary care? ➡️ A few months ago, I've mentioned, I'd like to provide online education, why there is still none? ➡️ Why it takes me so long to respond an e-mail or another type of conversation? ... 👉 Here is the reason: For more than a year already, I suffer from CFS/ME (chronic fatigue syndrome / myalgic encephalomyelitis). Sometimes, all I can do is get out of my bed, feed my animals, feed myself and go back to the bed. The illnes has taken away most of the quality of my life (I'll take it back one day! 💪). But, on the other hand, it has taught me a lot about life in a positive way. ... But there is another reason why I'm making this post: While trying to gather all of my medical reports, I've found one of the first ones that I've got approximately a year ago (I might have not read it back then or I might have forgotten about it, you know - CFS / ME... 🤷‍♀️). The doctor basically wrote that there was nothing much going on with me, I was just a little bit tired, maybe also a little bit depressed, or burned out... I'm so p!ssed off reading this report! I am not able to work for more than a year, for god sake! ... SO MY MESSAGE IS: 👉CFS / ME is a real illness. It's not "just in the patient's head" and it is not something we've made up just because we are too lazy to work. 👉 people with CFS / ME are not just a little bit tired, neither they are just depressed 👉 Physical exercise will not make it better (It could make the symptoms actually a lot worse) 👉 People suffering from CFS / ME should be treated with respect. Is there any kind of World CFS / ME awareness day? If not, there should be one... 🙏 Now, I'd like to ask you a favour: spend 10 minutes of today learning about CFS / ME to get to know more about this "invisible illness". ... Thank you ... It is the season of blow-drying! It instantly makes me feel 100 times more lady like. 💄 I call this look the Kate Middleton. The only thing missing is a prince. And a castle. 🤔 so... if anyone has a castle to give away... hit me up! 🤪 My hair is getting so long already. I feel like wanna cut a bunch of the length and also change the color, but I’m still undecided. 🤔 I do wanna go lighter but I’m not sure about the color. Purple or pink tones keep coming to my mind... 😄 But it should be something that’s easy to maintain. With my illness I often don’t have the energy to style my hair and I definitely can’t go to the hairsalon every few weeks... so what are your suggestions? 😊 . . . . . . . #butyoudontlooksick#youdontlooksick#tooyoungtobesick #spoonie#spooniestrong#spoonielife#spooniecommunity#spoonieproblems#mecfs#cfsme#chronicfatiguesyndrome#chronicfatigue#chronicfatiguesucks#chronicfatiguefighter#inclusive_beauties#myalgicencephalomyelitis#chronicillnessawareness#chronicillness#awareness#balayage#prettysick#chronicillnesswarrior#chronicillnesslife#millionsmissing#invisibleillness#invisibleillnessawareness#invisibledisease#invisibledisability

It's Wednesday! We've made it to the middle of the week! I'm trying to ease into the day. I'm in the middle of a flair that just won't end. Trying to warm myself up from the inside out this morning, hoping it will help but already feeling like it's a futile effort. Pasting on the smile and pretending I'm ok feels impossible today but I'll do it like I have every other day for the last week. But I'm not going to lie, I'm getting to the end of my smile and say "I'm fine!" rope. #tooyoungtofeelthisold#fibromyalgia#fibromyalgiasucks#chronicfatiguesyndrome#chronicfatiguesucks#chronicpain#chronicpainwarrior#arthritis#arthritissucks

The health of our mitochondria is totally dependent on how much energy they can produce and use. One of the primary roles of your mitochondria is to produce energy (ATP) to fuel cellular activity, feed our muscles and keep our organs functioning. D-Ribose is the essential component for your body's basic production of energy. Without D-Ribose your cells cannot produce ATP, and without ATP you have no energy. In short, D-Ribose is the main fuel that drives your body's cellular engines (the mitochondria) which in turn produce the ATP that gives your body the energy it needs. Human studies and clinical trials continue to discover the benefits of D-Ribose. Some of the most exciting are in heart disease and repair, chronic fatigue, red blood cell lifespan, fat oxidation, hormone – cell interactions and DNA/RNA repair. In simple terms – D-Ribose is needed for life itself. Head over to hydralongevity.com to check out all the ingredients in our Healthy Ageing Essentials blend.
